It is also referred to as Büyük İskender Waterfall because some sources say that Buyuk iskender  gave water to his horses at the time of passing through the region.There are also people who say Düdenbası Waterfall among the people.

Water flowing from above by waterfall in Düdenbaşı and water coming from Kepez hydroelectric power plant forms Düden Stream which is divided into two main branches after Dudenbasi.

After about 9 kilometers, this tea is poured into the Mediterranean Sea by making a waterfall from a travertine threshold of 40 meters in the east of Antalya.

Even when no water flows from the surface, at least 10 cubic meters of water emerges from the bottom of the Dudenbasi Waterfall.

The maximum flow rate of this water is 94 cubic meters and the average is 15-16 cubic meters per second.

You can visit the waterfall every day of the year,visit times vary according to summer and winter seasons.Summer holidays between 08:00 and 19:30,during the winter months, you can visit between 08: 00-18: 00 and see this unique natural beauty.

Entrance Fee 2020: 5 Turkish Lira. Since the waterfall is located in the promenade area, you do not need to pay a fee for the picnic area after paying this 6 Turkish lira.
